If your order is not received or the product arrives faulty or damaged, a return claim can be made at email@example.com.
Once requested, The Kiwi Goodness Company Limited will immediately replace the item. The claim must be made within 30 days from the date of dispatch. The replacement will be made at no charge to the customer and is subject to availability.
If for any reason a refund is necessary, it will be according to the amount of the original payment and will be credited to the purchase method ie: Credit Card or Gift Card.
We offer both single item and subscription purchasing on our products. If you have accidentally subscribed instead of ordering a single item; please refer to your emailed receipt which contains a link to manage and/or cancel your subscription.
