I already have a subscription set up, how do I find out my login details?

It’s simple - just click here! Alternatively you can head to the link above under “Having issues managing your subscriptions?” to request your login. Note that you’ll need to have the email address you signed up with handy.

 

Can I adjust the frequency of my subscription?

Absolutely! You have the option to receive your delivery every 30 or 90 days. To change your frequency, simply log into your account, click into your order and select ‘Order frequency’, and update the frequency.

 

I’m not ready for my next subscription delivery, can I skip it? 

Of course - we’ve made it easy to skip your next delivery (without having to cancel your subscription). Simply log into your account, click into your order and select ‘Skip this order’ at the bottom of your subscription summary. 

 

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, by logging into your account and clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’ at the bottom of your subscription summary. 

 

How do I update my delivery address? 

First up you’ll need to log into your account or claim your subscription account login here, if you haven’t done so already. Then simply click into your order, scroll down to your details, select and update. 

 

Can I change the flavour of gummy I receive? 

Definitely! If you feel like mixing it up and want to enjoy one of our other delicious gummy flavours you can at any time. Log in into your account, click ‘Add a product’ and follow the steps. Once this is set up, make sure you go into your old subscription and cancel it, otherwise you will be charged twice.
